Personal Information

Called to the Alberta Bar in 1996, Nigel established his own law partnership by 1997. Nigel is a skilled litigator and negotiator, with practical knowledge of how to best meet his clients' needs, and the most appropriate forum in which to do so. Nigel has appeared before all levels of Court throughout Alberta. Nigel was also employed with an International Insurance Broker/Risk Management Firm. Viewing the practice of Law from different perspectives has provided Nigel with unique insight and understanding of how to best resolve his clients' legal matters. He is committed to maximizing client recovery, minimizing client exposure and realizing optimal outcomes. Nigel proudly considers himself first and foremost an advocate, and this has been his passion and a consistent theme throughout his professional career.
